Best marina in the area. Very well protected, people & pet friendly. Huge fenced doggie park next door at north end of docks, can't miss it. Your can let your dog run loose.

Just before the Mile 14 CSX RR bridge, this anchorage is as good as it gets on the Tennessee-Tombigbee. . . A few small fishing boats, a few Loopers, all is well.

Free "Day Dock" - This is a great pit stop as well as overnighter. Every waterfront & river town should cater to boaters like this.

This used to be a marina, but it is vacant now and owned by the city. Current can be a bit strong but dock is floating concrete. Treat this as you would an anchorage with no facilities. Nothing within walking distance, but a great place to tie up and walk the dog.

Good clean marina at a good price in a good location for Loopers in slow boats to make an easy next day run to St. Augustine.

For sailboats, slow boats and for protection from the weather, this is a much better and safer destination that others give it credit for. You just need a lot of rode to keep your anchor in place.

Has to be one of the best anchorages on the entire Great Loop. Clean clear water, scenic, still & quite anchorage.
