I called the Marina, Debby answered and said they have no transient slips.

"What is available?" We never think about what is unavailable. It's noteworthy to see what this place does not offer. No fuel dock. No ship store. No pump out. No Wi-Fi on the Docks or slips, (Wi-Fi is included, NOT!) No dock boxes unless you pay extra or get your own (A dock box is in the lease) No heat (or a/c) in the lounges. No Heat in the Pool, No Hot tub and they took out the sauna. No dedicated dock personnel to assist. No active system to address boat owner needs. However, they do have one of the highest mooring fees in the area. They also have one of the most complicated and demanded lease requirements. But their landscaping is nice. If you sign a 12 month lease you get the first and last month Free, (well not quite true.) You pay for 12 months and then when you ask about the 1st and last free you are told that you got a discount each month?? So, a slip is really $450 a month?

May I respond to the review below, to set a few comments straight.
Watergate Marina does have two WIFI signals located in several main parts of the marina. If boat owners require it to reach their vessels, they use their own equipment.
Most boat owners prefer to use the marine mobile pump outs that will visit their vessels. There are plenty of pump out stations available on Clear Lake that have easy access if owners prefer to pump out themselves.
West Marine and Blue Water Marine, large ships stores, are located within 2 miles of the marina.
Dock Boxes are available on the new floating docks only. There is no fee for one.
There is heat and air conditioning in both of our clubhouses/lounges.
The marina staff and harbor masters and outside personnel are readily available to assist when requested to do so. Emails and phone calls are monitored 7 days a week.
Slip rates are comparable to other marinas on the Lake.
The leases cover all eventualities necessary in this day and age.
Special lease offers are run throughout the year, offering the 1st and 12th month rent free on a 1 year discounted rate lease. Slip rent is free, but electrical usage is billed.
Monthly discounts are offered to long term customers up to 20 years maximum.
Watergate Marina is well know for its beautiful landscaping, and unique buildings, and has received many accolades as the Most Beautiful Marina.

Watergate is our home marina. The marina is well cared for and has all the comforts. Conveniently located off the Galveston Bay in Clear Lake with easy access and well protected. We are new to the area and checked out many marinas. Watergate remained at the top of the list and ended up becoming home. We highly recommend for long or short term docking.

We kept our boat at this marina for 2 years. It's one of the best marinas I've ever been in. The facilities and onsite amenities are outstanding. It's sheltered but still provides quick access to the Bay and it was surprisingly affordable. West Marine and Home Depot are within a 5 minute drive, and lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants are nearby. You also have the Kemah Boardwalk just down the road for the kids.
