This place is in first class condition. Also very well protected. I'm a transient, but I talked to some of the season berth folks and they love it.

Only caution is water depth, call Scott ahead of time as the channel in has some skinny spots. You can walk to town, and town is worth walking to. Restaurants, coffee shops, museums, town green, hardware store, book store, etc. I'll be back.
