Newer floating docks in excellent condition. No electric and no water. Exposed to current that is somewhat tidal. Exposed to wind from the north through east to southeast and can be bouncy with a good wind. Exposed to noise from the bridge located 200 yards downstream from the landing. Landing is downtown and has access to local park, shops, post office, and restaurants. Have spent the night here twice and would come back again.
