As advertised the night stay is free if you eat at the restaurant. Although we understand that they don't offer it on weekends, just during the week. No power, water, or pumpout but we planned on that in advance. Well worth the stay if the dock has room to accommodate you.

Plenty of water right at the dock, read 19 feet from my depth finders.

Nice restaurent. Good food and beers. 2 hours max. You can dock, dine and take a walk in town. Nice place to visite

This is a very nice dock. The only problem is, overnight docking is not allowed on weekends, weeknights only. It is a 2 hour limit only so we were forced to move up the creek.

Between Artport Kingston and the Hudson Maritime Museum lies the Ole Savannah Southern Table and Bar. They have a large and varied menu for lunch and dinner and, on Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm they offer a large brunch buffet with a base price of $26 plus drinks and alcohol. Service was very good, and the ambiance is appealing. We ate very well for about $75, tip included.

We arrived at an unoccupied 125' face dock at 10 am and tied off to well-placed but undersized cleats. Shortly after our arrival a 70 foot Fleming came in and took up the remainder of the dock. We both had excellent brunches. There is no electricity, water, Wi-Fi, or laundry facility on site. The very nice restaurant bathrooms are available during hours of operation. Shore access is excellent for shopping, sightseeing, and exercising Fido. There is even a county bus system close by should you need to go further afield.

The dock is older but still in good shape with 15' MLW at the dock. Current was minimal and our lines held easily. The cost of the stay was the price of our lunch. All traffic, even on Sunday, was at no wake speeds. We spent a quiet night with no disturbances. What a great deal. We left the following morning hoping to come back soon.
