Wooden floating dock. One large area for 55ft. Three slips for 35 ft. And many slips for smaller boats . Free power. Not all power pedestals work so check with voltage meter before all tied and secured. Nice location downtown in a riverfront park where the Catapiller Museum is. No security problems. Nice friendly locals , joggers and families out for a stroll. Saturday farmers market is right there. Walmart can be seen across the river. The marina is separated from boardwalk by a high wall and accessed thru a gate, not locked .Live music from bar on Friday and Saturday nights. We stayed 3 nights for free. Great stop!

Great Anchorage. We come here all the time from Vero Beach to clean and scrape the bottom of the boat. Water is very clear here. There usually are 2-3 sailboats here as there is a nice deep area for them. Anchor for the night then go around the corner and enjoy a day in the inlet, drop anchor and swim ashore and enjoy the beach.

Long low floating dock. No power or water or facilities. But free overnight. Close walk to historic downtown and lots of restaurants.

Very low water level. Got through the Barkley Lock just after sunset. Looked good on the map, but water level was very low, under 3 ft. So we anchored further out by red bouy. Did not feel safe from night barges.

8-27-19 Anchored here for 3 nights during an unusually windy SW storm. The anchor dug into the clay first time with no issues. The second day the anchor dragged while we were off the boat , but a Good Samaritan boarded it and was able to get it on a mooring ball. You can dinghy to the marina near the firehouse. Lots of shops and a great museum of an old General Store.

Great location to town and everything. Fixed docks with high piling. Poor WiFi . Very young staff were helpful and polite. The worst part was the high speed ferry boats running every 15 minutes. Right next to the marina, but that ends at 7pm. The price was right for the location and we brought our own bikes. Grand Hotel dinner was comparable with cruise ship food.

Wonderful new aluminum floating dock about 80 ft. In a cute city park with benches and band stand. Beautiful flower boxes. A cute village with well kept homes.
