Update: 8.8 MLLW as of 4/16/2023 on Bob423 track.
Going south from R40, stay centered until halfway to R40A, then watch your depth and feel your way between two shoals as shown in the 4/25/2023 USACE survey below.
USACE = US Army Corps of Engineers

Draft: 3.0'There is an anchored (abandoned) sailboat that has distracted vessels at this turn near 40a and caused groundings. Do not "follow" this sailboat when heading north (east) <br /> <br /> I (Sea Tow) recently had to unground a 35' MJM from this location due to this distraction, according to the operator
