Herrington Harbour North is located on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, in the northwest corner of Herring Bay.
Approaching from the Chesapeake proceed to Herring Bay green 1 (four-legged). Proceed on a westerly course to Herring Bay red 2. Pass marker 2 and proceed on a northwesterly course past day-marker green 3. You will soon approach the entrance to Rockhold Creek, passing green 1, and then between two rock jetties. When just outside the jetties, hail "Herrington Harbour North" on VHF 09 for docking instructions. Follow the well-marked channel up to the marina sign posted on the 400 foot T-head of C-dock.
