  anchor in front of the swim area and away from the diving markers. pizza place, ice cream parlor and 2 restaurants close by. also a grocery store with alcohol store and homemade pies/cookies. there are shady trails connecting the swim park, with a park on the other side of the street and local schools. you can also get to the bike causeway as well.
