Avoid this place in 2024. The City let the management go and is running it themselves in 2024. No pool, no hot tub, no bar, no store, no amenities. It appears the City wants to close the marina. No one knows what is happening with the place. Check back in 2025 to see what happened. Much different than my previous review.

Secure docks behind gates, good power and lighting. Wifi adequate. Small ships store with ice cream, few supplies, and clothing. Very nice boater lounge with three washers and dryers. Pool and hot tub! Sheboygan itself is great, easily walkable from marina to restaurants, art museum, shops, theatre, and a great bike trail along the lake.

Nice marina! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Docks were in excellent condition. Docks are gated, which as a solo boater was reassuring. Amenities in very good condition. A great place to stay.

The Marina was great. Unfortunately, we had to dock at the high wall across the Marina between the Italian restaurant and the Ice Cream Parlor. We had people gawking at our boat all day and all night. Felt very exposed! Thankfully, our friends met us at the wall and we were able to throw our lines to them as it took some time for the marina help to arrive by car, park and help from when we had called at the lighthouse.

A very nice marina with a lot of amenities. Swimming pool, hot tub, bar overlooking the lake all set in a very large park with a beach, lots of green space and picnic pavilions. Nice little town. Well protected marina. Great spot for a dog.

Harbor Centre Marina is very large. Transients are all grouped together at the docks at the south end of the marina which is where the gas dock and the public boat launch are located. I can't speak to the gas docks because we never went there but the rest of the marina has everything that you will need and it is all in good condition. Approach and marina depths are adequate all the way to the shore end of the fairways where I had 14 feet of water. Fairways are wide as are the slips. The only navigation issue is the very active sailing program for the Sheboygan Yacht Club that shares the harbor with Harbor Centre. We found ourselves moving through ten small sailboats that were out practicing. Even this was not really a problem because they made sure to stay out of our way even though they had the right of way.

The marina has gated security and an evening person patrolling. The office/store/ice cream/hot food was well manned by attentive staff. We requested and received assistance when docking. Electric, water, and Wi-Fi were no problem and internet speed was good. The floating docks were in good condition and the entire marina was well lit. The boater's lounge/bathrooms/shower/laundry area was very clean every time we went in. Add the pool, hot tub, and second floor bar and there is not much else that you could wish for. Even the price ($1.75 /ft) is not unreasonable.

Harbor Centre Marina is part of a waterfront revitalization project with plenty of green space, a major boat launch that includes a fish cleaning station, and a large lakefront sand beach within walking distance. Town is centered around 8th Street which is a half mile up from the marina and serviced by a bus system that stops in front of the marina. There are several good restaurants there including a breakfast/lunch place called "Field to Fork" that makes particularly good breakfasts. There is a very good farmer's market on 8th St. Saturdays from 8am to 1pm. The nearest grocery store is two miles west although there are several specialty markets of 8th St. that will serve limited needs.

A good place to stop. Solid docks/pedestals; great ships store/convenience; have a bar on the 2nd floor where you can order burgers/pizza made in the office/store and delivered to your table. The only downside is their fuel dock is below standard compared to the rest of the marina - half the pumps didn't work, so call ahead to make sure fuel is available; it also needs the dock to be improved to same level as others. Still, a good place to stop.

Very nice marina with very nice facilities. Not a long walk to boardwalk along river or downtown. Town trolley stops at marina and you can ride for $1 all day. Sheboygan is a nice town to visit. We usually stop here twice a year and always enjoy our stay.

Excellent service. Just a quick walk to the sites of the renewed waterfront area.
