Nothing but awesome! This yard has very knowledgeable people with years of experience who are willing to help you. The whole yard is very neat and clean all the way around. Opened in 1947 and still doing great work. We were there for almost a month and felt we had family taking care of us! I will definitely go back. They are even dog friendly!!

I called Whiticar Boat Works on a Friday morning after damaging my prop in Peck Lake. Although they couldn’t do anything that day they made room on the docks for us and got to us almost right away the following week. The reconditioned prop came back in just two days time with a computer readout of the properly repaired and balanced prop. The outstanding service, courtesy, and genuine concern for us and our situation was greatly appreciated. As a retired service manager at a major Annapolis yard I was well aware of the potential pit falls in going to an unknown facility. WBW exceeded all my expectations. I would go out of my way to use them again if the need arises. Management, staff and all the employees are a cut above!

While taking my new-to-me boat back to my home port, I experienced a leaking rudder seal. From the time I made initial contact with Whitaker till the time I pulled away from the dock to complete my journey, they were 100% professional. Maintained excellent communication and went well beyond expectations to get me back underway. While conducting the final sea trial they also discovered a potentially catastrophic issue which was easily repaired before the disaster occurred. Thanks you to Jeff, Matt, Jim and the rest of the crew that helped out. Highly recommend if you are in the Stuart area and are in need of services!

I was quite happy with the service, having pulled in for a bad alternator. The repair took some time because of parts, but they are full service and I was back in the water in no time. Thanks, Whiticar.

After I bought my boat (a used one) I took it out, on the middle of the way I noticed my boat wasn't working correctly and it was somethhing wrong with the engine… and of course I ran into Whiticar. Calvin Powell was able to squeeze me in on the same day I called. They did an excellent job showing and explaining to me some issues and exactly what he needed to do to fix them. When I took the boat back home it ran fantastic and I've been able hit open waters again, this time without any worries.

Great experienced marine professionals. Many have been here their entire career. This is the southern Fleming service center so you know they are good. Ask for assistance on your first visit by boat, the channel is tricky.
