City docks are closed. No announcement when they will re-open. Anchorage no longer available - all boats must leave...it was ok for years! Coincidence that the guy who " owns" the town will open his new docks soon.(They will be expensive).

Just so there is an update after Hurricane Ian. The city dock is in good shape but was full when we arrived on Nov 17, 2022. There were two other boats anchored in river which is what we did too. I'm not sure if the city is enforcing the "3 day stay - 8 days out" rule or not. It makes sense to make sure the dock gets used after Ian, just be aware that it may not be available when you get there. You can tie up your dingy on either side of the bridge and there is adequate room to anchor east or west of the bridge. Forrey Grill is a nice restaurant and worth the dingy ride over.

Backed in between 2 sailboats. Had to do some fancy line work because the pilings are about midship. Also, had to drop the dinghy and tie it off up front to back in and be able to get off to walk around. Free Power and water!

Good free dockage. Free power and water. Good restaurant just south. Dock is just west of bridge. Generally, stern in dockage.

The comment by Burcher is incorrect our DOCK has NEVER been overgrown with vegetation. If she had a complaint why not call me! We have crews in that area daily.

Noisy from bridge traffic, some docks not usable because they are over grown with vegetation.
