We could not anchor here. Strong current, narrow channel, boat docks, and crab pots in the only suitable drop area make this anchorage nearly unusable. Go further on to the bridge anchorage for more room.

Do not try to land your dink at Douglas Park. We grounded our dink but were not willing wade through rocks and muck to tie up.

Marina Review for Vinoy Resort Marina

Fixed docks in need of repair. Any east wind makes for an uncomfortable stay. Good location near the pier and restaurants. Didn't use the resort facilities due to Covid. There is a rest room and patio area at the marina. Not worth $2.75 / ft in my opinion.
