Anchorage Marina is my “go-to” marina in Baltimore. The facility is well maintained and the staff frIendly and professional.

The facility is really more of a boatyard, but the staff is great, the atmosphere laid back, and the area quiet. The rates are higher than they probably should be, but when you’re the only show in town, you can charge what you like. Still, it’s a place I recommend.

I just love this place! It's a "Bubba Gump" place to spend your time. It is the only place on the ICW that I've stayed where the souvenir tee shirt cost more than the mooring. Cheap fuel, great commercial marine store, and amazing seafood. It's no five star resort, its a working shrimp dock and that is part of it's charm. It is always one of my planned stops, both north bound and southbound. There is a decent current that runs, so it helps to get yourself situated and use the current instead of having the current use you! I single hand with my dog, who is useless as a line handler, so it did take me two attempts to get my boat tied up, but to paint was harmed in the attempts.

I came, I saw, I ate the prime rib. The owners purchased the marina on the west side of the ditch, which is where I was moored. Dock handlers were great. Rey ran a shuttle boat to the other side. The prime rib exceeded my every expectation. The only quibble I have is the bathroom on my side of the ICW was pretty dirty. I understand they just recently purchased the second marina, but it needs a facelift sooner rather than later. If given the choice, take a spot on the west side. We were not packed in line like the eastern side was. Overall, great staff, great meal, and. Great review.
