We went through at 11pm. Low tide was at midnight. It got so shallow our depth reader would not read. There is a sand bar that comes right out from the green side. Only recommend high tide.

They have cranes on each side way out of the way. Clearance was roughly 65ft but no signs are out yet.

Called to reserve with no issues. Very nice over the phone. She told us to call on the radio when we where close. We called 3 times and no answer so I called them on the phone where they came out to assist in docking. Very nice and helpful people. We paid $2 a ft. They have a grocery store within walking distance over the hill with a very nice steak restaurant just steps from the marina. They do have complimentary laundry. BUT the bathrooms were horrible, dirty and not maintained by any means also the cafe on site is pretty loud!

We called the dredge boat to clarify what side he would like us to pass on. Followed the middle of the channel all the way to the dredge boat then we passed on the East side like he requested. We saw 8 ft at the lowest. No issues what so ever. Then returned to the middle of the channel
