Nice stop. Largely a sportfishing marina. They put us inside their fuel dock. Just enough space for our 35' LOA. New dock house and shower/head (only one). Did not take on fuel or pump out. Very convenient to shopping via bike, Uber, or a longer walk. Just a note on the shower. It only has a 12gal tank and with the rain head shower head, it's only good for one shower's worth of hot water. The next person must wait for a reload. No hooks, mirror or bench so be prepared to be creative with your stuff while showering. I mentioned this to the staff. so hopefully they will "complete" the shower/head with some hooks, mirror, blinds, shower mat, etc. Otherwise, it's a 5 star stop at $1.50 a foot including power.

Easy in and out anchorage. Grog Island is submerged but you still get protection from north winds. Some crab pots but plenty of room. Anchored in 10 ft. Local home owned sailed by and asked if we needed anything. Very friendly spot

Very friendly staff led by Ruth the Harbor Master. Fixed docks with small finger piers. Free laundry. New dock office with updated showers/bathrooms. Pump out and fuel available. Some slips have limited depth. Recommend calling ahead for reservations as slips are limited to 16. Channel is well marked and carries no less that 12 feet all the way in. Gravel barges use the. Handel so it's well maintained. Would give 5 stars if the wifi was more dependable.

Nice newly updated Marina with floating docks. Strong wifi signal but super slow bandwidth. Nice bathrooms and showere. Close to town and Shantys Seafood restaurant is right next to the Marina. Channel is well marked with 2 legs having range markers. Would give a 5 star rating if wifi was decent.

Really nice anchorage between the pier and the breakwater (which is made up from old WWII Libery Ships. Some current but not real strong. Lots of crab traps but you can find room. Did not go ashore. Water very clear, nice for swimming.

8.5 to 9.5 feet from entrance of the river to anchorage. Lots of crab pots but none cause navigational concern during river inlet transit. Anchorage has pots but was able to drop anchor predicting swing for anticipated winds. No problem. Fisherman came by checking his pots and gave us a friendly wave. We anchored slightly more into the center in 9.5 feet of water.
