Beautiful anchorage. Busy with locals during the day…quiet after sunset. Beach access is great for the dogs. Stay close to the water when on shore and clean up after yourself! Privately owned home on the cliff nearby - they nice enough to let people use this space…much appreciated. Fun to explore area creeks by dinghy. Bugs were not an issue while we were here!!

Very nice place to anchor. Awesome views at or near sunset. Good holding in sand and mud. You are allowed to go on Dobbins Island to the poles. Otherwise it is a private island. When crowded all boats close to the shore line use a stern anchor.

I prefer to anchor more east than shown on chart because all the trailer boats like the cove. Only wakes to speak of are ski boats. One house atop 40 foot bluff looking over the anchorage. Try to avoid holidays and weekends, too crowded.
