Description: Be cautious when entering this creek as it has been reported to have a shallow entrance. Once you are in, sound your way toward the shore to avoid trap markers, and anchor in 8 to 11 feet, well off the channel.

It was a big anchorage. We were the only boat in a light wind night. Bugs were an issue even in early November. Holding was good. We had good T-Mobile signal. Very easy access to the ICW. No issue with wakes at all.

The entrance to Alligator Creek was mud at low tide. We anchored in the river near the entrance in 10 feet with good holding but not much wind/tide protection.
