Docks are clean, concrete floating docks with concrete piles. Secure docks for sailboats with few visitors wandering around. Clean showers, nice crew room with A/C. Good power, pumpouts at every slip. Staff is very helpful

Kokopelli stores at Riverside marina in the summer, and has to leave on a high tide. To get under the fixed bridge south of here when headed to City Marina, we need to wait for a low tide for our 64' high mast to clear. Holding is good, depth is shallow near the bascule bridge but deep enough near the entrance channel to Cracker Boy/ Harbortown.
