RR with stained plastic cramped shower and AC window AC 9 feet over the loo with filters that look like they were last changed when installed 20 years ago, no effective
AC. Helpful and professional dock hands. Clean and good roving security. Codes for RR. Good wake protection. Beautiful beach three blocks east for walking.

Put her up on the hard for some bottom paint and running gear repair. John the dock master was very knowlegable and responded quickly to our contact, The marina had to work through the issues of covid and it took a long time. Cody took over the job and did a better job of communicating the issues. So, after 4 months on the hill, Cleopatra was splashed and hit the water running great.

If I could, that would be a Negative 5 stars. We recently chartered a 34 sailboat out of St. Petersburg, and I wanted to overnight close to our final leg. I called this marina the day before and was assured there would be room. I called TWICE on the day of our arrival and was assured there was room. The last person (3 different people I talked to) told us to pull up to the gas dock temporarily and someone would be on hand to point us to a slip. The wind had picked up from the south as we headed down the marina's channel and the water was bouncy. As we headed toward the gas dock, we saw two jet skiers sitting there waiting for assistance. That left us no where to go and we fought to stay off the jet skiers and pilings. On top of all that, there was no dockhand visible anywhere. We had to turn around and get out before we hit another boat sitting on the left. To top it all off, I fell on a stanchion trying to fend off the pilings and am really bruised up. Sailboats should avoid this marina at all costs.

I loved this marina because everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had just purchased our "new to us" boat and this was our first experience docking at a marina. All went well. Marina is walking distance to restaurant, bars and shopping. They have golf carts that will give you rides for tips, which we didn't use but it's nice to have. The personnel at the ship store was super nice too. We used the showers and they were clean. This is not a luxury marina but it's clean with friendly people.

This marina is more of a working boatyard with live aboard and transient dockage. It is not a luxury resort, but it has the necessities, is very close to the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and is a nice spot in an old Florida style beach town.
The marina staff were extremely helpful arranging our reservation, advising us on navigating their narrow channel and with everything else during our stay. Andy the dockhand was very professional to work with while getting our catamaran in and out of a tight slip and with other services we needed. The live aboard sailors were also very helpful and welcoming.
