Location was great, dockmaster was helpful - she showed up when we called. Expensive slip and another $50 per person to use the Pendry Pool should be more reasonable, like $20 per person.

We stayed at the property from May 24 to the 27th on the dock with an almost 60 foot yacht. Advertised on the Snag-A-Slip site are “ State of the art Marina facilities” and that we would be “greeted by the staff”. This could not be further from the truth.
Unfortunately by the time the poor guy arrived from the other Oasis Marina we had already tied up on our own. At that point we went through the broken gate to the hotel through a door that is not lockable, to talk to them about pool access and amenities. These do not exist for dock guests. In fact, for the $400 we paid a night for marina dockage, there are virtually zero amenities.
The dock is not secure, and no less than 15 different vessels came up during the daytime and night time and did not pay a penny while they went into Fells Point. Seems like somebody was ripped off, and I think it was us.
In addition, it seems like everybody who was smoking in the hotel decided to have a walk down the open dock at all hours of the night while talking loudly. On Friday night we had two boats pull up next-door and partied loudly till about 3 AM. They did not pay any money to stay there either (I would like to point out that this also probably disturbs any guests that are on that side of the building so maybe the hotel should take note of this disruption especially when people are paying the money they’re paying to stay at the hotel).
So, I would like a full refund of the $400 I paid for Sunday night dockage. I don’t care if the hotel pays it, or Oasis pays it, or Snag-A-Slip pays it, but somebody needs to give me a refund. We spent a tremendous amount of money at the hotel while we were there so they got their moneys worth out of us including cabana rental.
I feel compelled to get a refund for the dockage as we received zero amenities:
    - we had to pay to go into the pool
    -The dock is not secure
-I had to argue and negotiate with the hotel just to be allowed into the pool and to rent a cabana
    -We had no dockage help
-At least 15 boats pulled up and did not pay while we were there
-The electricity does not work on the dock (we knew this ahead of time so we ran our generator most of the time) but you don’t pay $400 for a slip and get no electricity
