Be aware, Quite small local marina. Albert dock master was very helpful and friendly. There are no showers. No pool. No facilities outside of 2 small inns. We checked in with all published documentation stating 2$ a ft per day. The checkin form stated 4$ per ft per day deposit. When checking out was told the rate was 4$ per foot per day! I explained and showed the published rate to no avail. Was told the boss lady raised the price. I asked to contact her but he did not know her name or contact info?? He said he would text me the info but have not received anything.
There is also ocean swell at the dock making it a little uncomfortable. We will not be making a return trip.

There is a bit of surge in the marina, and if there is a big Atlantic swell / waves, entering the harbor can be tricky. Dockmaster, Albert, was great. The channel markers on approach from the Atlantic are missing, and "were sent out for repair and should be back soon". The range markers line your yacht a little close to the rocks to port, which may be good with strong swells or waves. If in doubt stay slightly to starboard when entering on the range.

Wifi not working, so Albert gave us an alcatel hot spot which we placed on a cell phone amplifier as signals are weak here...worked great for multiple users This is a beautiful property with a basketball half court, tennis court, pickleball court, and a mini dip pool. There is also a large launch ramp, but no marina services.

Sandpiper restaurant menu looked very attractive, and the private bonefish club might accommodate you for dinner with 24 hours notice (We were offered a $75 dinner of poached lobster over gnocchi, with appetizer and dessert. Also included were top shelf drinks at the bar before dinner and bottles of wine with dinner...a very classy private club, that may accommodate guests, if club is slow in off season.

Also, beautiful beaches with kayaks available at no charge. There is a small shack / convenience store which was not not open.
