Was tied to the future fuel dock as a transient. Clean marina with a friendly staff. Nice boaters lounge and facilities.

I come here every year to launch my jet skis for the summer. Their boat ramp is nice and wide and has a nice drop off. Put your money in the mailbox, launch and go. Quick in easy. The docks around the ramp have buckled from previous storms. Be careful when walking on them

So I needed two things: wifi and a floating dock. Checked the Waterway Guide, and this place seemed to fit. Arrived and no floating dock for cruisers and a wifi signal that could not reach the transient spot with any bandwidth. So zero on both counts. This is not a comment on the repair facilities, the staff, or the full season rental slips (actually the covered ones looked nice). BTW, the dock decking could use some work (nails here and there sticking up)

Called Norview Marina, on a Sunday in a pinch. They were open 4-7-19; got there 2:40 pm, (after we were treated like complete crap at Chesapeake Cove a few minutes earlier). I’m so glad we stopped at Norview, What a bunch of awesome kind folks the people were. We met Mike (super nice guy) who helped us tie up and get situated. We also met Brittany (super sweet gal) who assisted us fueling up, etc, We went to the office to pay for a night ( pulling out at 6:00 am). Didn’t get the mngr”s name, shame I didn’t, again, just a great guy. He went beyond the call of duty, since there is no Uber or cab service in the area, he offered to drop us off to a restaurant for dinner and pick us back up that evening. On a Sunday, we appreciated that offer so much. We stayed on the boat instead. There were 4 guys in the office and they introduced them selves to us, the marina facilities were spotless, I want to thank you all so much for your professional customer service, it was just a great experience, we will be back!!!

Pulled in on a windy day. Radio call in said they'd have someone help us. No one came until after 5 attempts we tied ourselves up. Stood around until gas was pumped then took our money. Never came out to help us untie. Wind was blowing so hard at the boat away from the dock and I had trouble holding the boat to get on. Worse excuse for customer service ever!

    WG Editor Comment:
    Marina Response:
    Dear Deborah,

Norview Marina would like to offer a sincere apology to the crew on board Winds of Change during your most recent unpleasant fueling experience.

Unfortunately, we were not adequately staffed when you arrived on May 4th. As you said, it was really windy that day and our on-duty dock hands were occupied assisting another vessel away from the fuel dock when you arrived.

We are actively recruiting additional crew at this time to ensure that we are more prepared for a busy season ahead.

Recently, Norview Marina was acquired by Galahad Marine Properties. The new team is highly focused on creating a better “guest experience”. We would love to have you back someday.

Thank you for your candid feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Bonita Leeks, Dock Master

Best fuel stop in Broad Creek. Also, they have a rockfish special for boats looking for winter storage (very reasonably priced).
