Alexandria is $2.50 per foot per night. It's an extra $4 a night for a 30 amp hook up or $7 for a 50 amp/2 30amps. Confirmed 5/15/23. Reservations by calling marina at 703-746-5487.

The marina is at the base of King Street which is the main retail and restaurant street of Old Town Alexandria. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance.

The transient docks are open to the public during the day and secured by gate with punch codes overnight. The area is very popular with tourists and is safe. The waterfront restaurants are close to the marina and some noise is to be expected. There is also plane/helicopter traffic typical of a metropolitan area.

The docks are fixed docks and some area boaters violate the no-wake zone so it's essentially to tie up well.

There is a large CVS 4 blocks away. There are grocery stores within bike/scooter distance. Bikes and scooters are readily available for rent on the street. The grocery stores within 1.5 miles in town are Harris Teeter, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway and Balduccis. There is a West Marine within biking distance in town.

There is a free trolley that runs the 16 blocks from the marina to the Metro. The public buses are also free. The Foxtrot store will deliver beer, wine and meals quickly using their app.
