Great stay! Manager Pam had hands at the slip when we arrived. Placed us near to laundry/ showers. As busy as she is, she made time the next morning to run us into town and help with provisioning and marine parts and got me a discount on them also.
Outstanding service all around! We'll stay here again.

Pro: BIG marina. Great staff. (Nice to have a crew who will actually pump fuel and do pump-outs, instead of just watching while you DIY and expect a tip.) Restaurants and boat service onsite.

Con: Maneuvering is a bit tight for big boats. Slips are narrow. Restrooms, etc can be a long walk, depending on where they moor you. No pool. Fitness center not open to transients.

Conclusion: An OK marina, but would not recommend over others on Lake St Clair.

The best Volvo Penta mechanics that we have found. Quickly fixed our problem and got us back on the loop. Factory trained, very knowledgeable and great at explaining the issue and repairs. Engines running better than ever.

Very large, well protected full service marina. Docks in good shape and staff very helpful, except don't expect help when arriving at your slip. Perhaps locals will lend a hand, but be prepared to go it alone.

Clean bath houses, two fenced dog runs, Kroger grocery store West Marine and other local marine supply stores as well as several restaurants within a mile walk/bike on sidewalks.

Large full service marina. Well protected slips. Keypad access to clean, updated restrooms and coin laundry.. Nice restaurant adjacent. Good wifi as well as several TV stations.

We bought a boat that was in this marinas winter storage buildings. The marina manager was super about communicating launch dates and keeping us informed of Covid-19 impact to the marina (state mandates). Once the boat was launched we used service to replace 8D batteries (these are ridiculously heavy) and do other repairs. The service guys are knowledgable and professional. The onsite boat cleaning crew is amazing and even hand scrubbed areas (eye for detail). The marina manager provided us contacts for an electrician, boat graphics, and satellite TV assistance. Since we were moving in during Covid, we used Amazon since local stores were having stocking issues. The office staff were super kind in receiving packages and even sent them to the boat via the security guard. They went over and above for us. Great group of people!
