Jamal is amazing. Restaurant was excellent. Expensive for a slip at $3.75/night. Fuel expensive at $6.15. While it has a reputation of not being friendly to sailors I did not experience that, albeit was slow day for the fishermen, so maybe they were fine to have a sailboat?

    Very nice marine and staff.
You have to witness the fisherman cleaning fish at the end of the day on the dock. Sharks galore but also very scary. When we docked a piece of paper from a neighboring boat flew into the water and it was instantly snapped up by a six foot shark; and these aren't nurse sharks. Restaurant bar looked good but we actually didn't try it. Garbage disposal free.
They seem to cater to sport fishing boats and can be hard to get a slip. We would definitely stay again if a slip were available
