WARNING. Soverel Harbor charges $3.75 per foot, despite advertising $2.30 in Waterway Guide. Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the front office, the response was "they need to get that corrected"; thereby blaming WG. Soverel Harbor has been charging $3.75 for over a year for fixed concrete docks. There are cheaper rates at area marinas with superior facilities. Safe Journeys.

Marinas have the ability to update theri listing in Waterway Guide at any time. They are sent reminders annually. The marina does not list rates on their website therefore rates have been removed from the Waterway Guide marina listing.

My oh my...our arrival in mid March of 2020 to visit our friend Betty jn nearby Jupiter turned into a 2.5 month "residency" at this first class "hurricane certified marina!"
Soverel is not cheap...in any sense of the word; it is right in the middle of the motor yachting center of the East Coast of the USA!
Two things led to our serendipity stay at this excellent facility:
1) A simple oil change for our new generator by independent mechanic Hank Arnold (Hank's Mobil Marine Service) turned into a major necessary refurbishing of SIGMACHI 's twin J &T DD 671N engines by Hank
And
2) the Chinese Virus quarantines shut dow marinas and in particular the Florida Keys where we had hoped to visit Waterway Guide Northern Editors George and Patricia Hospodar!

Though we spent most of our time at Betty's home, safety and security of our vessel was never in question under the watchful eye of Dockmaster Stephen and his extremely professional and courteous staff!

We were part of the Seabird Yacht Club weekend at Soverel! There were 8 boats. We had a ball! Captain Stacey, Dockmaster, was great to work with and the staff bend over backwards to service all our needs. Despite some construction at the facility, we had a great time with all the restaurants and entertainment in the area, If you ever visit, please stop at Carmine's Italian Restaurant. They are on property and you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all at Soverel for making our trip the BEST! Until next time.
