Excellent service. Floating docks are good. Easy in and out. Some of the bathrooms have recently been remodeled. No WiFi during our stay because of maintenance.

Staff are wonderful- moved the rating from 2 to 3 stars. Marina itself is rundown with broken pedestals and water in the marina is filled with garbage. Shore power wasn't dependable. The view and setting are pretty uninspiring-ugly actually. But, once again, the marina staff are great.

Nice staff, gates don't lock but town felt pretty safe. Close enough to downtown, good for one night stopover.

This is a great stopping point through Norfolk / Portsmouth. Going north or south, you can stage here and time the bridge openings and make great time!

Just made our annual visit and it never disappoints. Clean facilities, professional and courteous staff and nice, wide docks. Good security and amenities were within walking (or ferry) distance. Can be noisy due to adjacent concert venue and the shipyard but, on the other hand, this is THE best place to stay if you plan to attend a show at the Pavilion.

Marina staff are helpful and rates are reasonable. The marina has a lot of live-aboards. It’s location is not great - it is next to the jail and police station and gauging by the people that hang out there, it is a good location for a jail. That said, the marina itself seems secure, but I would not venture beyond it at night.

Good place to stay. The only issue I had was only one bath/restroom for the men. Well run, clean and comfortable. Loved the national anthem mornings at 8:00 from the Naval shipyards

Our third stay at Ocean Yacht and it gets better and better. Friendly staff, clean, air-conditioned restrooms/showers and the new lounge are all noteworthy. There is no better way to catch a concert at Portsmouth Pavillion than to dock here! Sit in your cockpit and listen to sound check before ambling over. Excellent!
