Nice place to stay. 50 mimutes walk from grocery store.

Good restaurent and good food. You have access to wifi freely and I ask to use the water hose outside of the restaurent to refill my water jug.

The restaurant and pub have limited hours due to lack of staffing, both close at 1430. Floating dock is in great shape. No service; water, electric, facilities. It's late (!) in the season and mid week, so very quiet from 1500 on.

The Sanitary Seafood Restaurant is a fixture on the Moorhead City Waterfront. Food is good and the selection of local beers is extensive. For the boater there is a 150' floating dock with 15' of depth at the dock, well constructed and solid that is available on a first come first serve basis. No water or electric. Overnight dock fee is $1.00 per foot with no food or $25 flat fee if you eat at the restaurant or take out to eat on your boat. If the dock is full you can anchor up against the island on the other side of the channel. Holding is good but there is a good tidal current that runs through the channel. Lots of boat traffic but it all goes by as slow speeds in this crowded section of the harbor. On the weekends expect some noise from nearby bars. Dock is secured at night.
