Secure marina facility with very helpful dock staff. The "flag system" is very helpful for ease in finding the right dock. We were there for Independence Day and the fireworks were spectacular. Boaters lounge is convenient and dog friendly. We spent time there in the AC during the hot summer days. Close to restaurants and we even found a movie theater nearby, what a great perk for a hot afternoon entertainment.

A very good marina. We sat on the 900 ft long face dock. Freighters and barges passed by and there was no disturbance from wake. Excellent facilities- dock was in perfect order; power, water and dockside pump out all worked flawlessly. Showers and restrooms were impeccable. Staff were helpful and courteous. Easy and safe walking distance to Fells Point and dozens of bars and eateries. A marina in a great location well worth a visit.

This is not our first visit to the marina. Upon arrival at the marina, Tim and Matt met us and quickly got us secured to the floating dock. The power required a 50amp to 30amp adaptor, which we carry. The dockhands also brought our welcome package and keycard for the gate to the boat.

The bathhouse and laundry are outside the gated docks in the office across the boardwalk. The restrooms were clean.

Marina is within walking distance to many of the inn harbor attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Absolutely fantastic marina, newly renovated, people friendly at marina and very flexible with needs you have ! Perfect transient slip with plenty to do we plan to return twice next season !

Having docked at several locations in the area, I have found that this was the best dock for our needs. Right in the downtown area and close to Fells Point. The floating docks is my choice for sitting out a storm when i'm on the Chesapeake Bay. The dock master and dock crew were exceptional as well. I highly recommend Harbor East Marina.

The physical marina is now terrific. New floating docks and full length finger piers. Drawback: nearly impossible to get a response on VHF, experienced by all 3 boats in our group, and a powerboat coming in single-handed who ended up in the slip next to us. It may have been because it was Memorial Day weekend, and the staff is clearly not yet trained, but a marina needs to answer VHF quickly and efficiently.

Dockhands were very helpful, but it was a very hot stay because the new electric towers would trip the breaker when we tried to use both 30 amp cables. We never had this problem at any other marina! Also they said we owed another $82.00 dollars because Snag-a-Slip did not charge us enough money.
They ran out of ice during our stay and we never got the pump out that was requested.

Harbor East Marina just completed its total renovation. Have been going there since 2003, 2 to 3 times a season. No comparison to prior years in terms of facility; staff is extremely competent and go out of their way to make sure your stay is what you want it to be. Its location in the heart of where it is all happening in Baltimore just adds to the marina.

We have stayed in marinas all over the mid Atlantic and this one gets our "best ever" rating. Friendly, helpful staff willing to go the extra mile, prime location in the best part of the Inner Harbor. Brand new docks. Clean new bathrooms. Dog friendly. Walk or bike to anywhere. We love it here!

Great Marina at foot of Mariott Hotel, five star restaurants short walking distance and then you have Little Italy, a secret neighborhood of more than 40 Italian Restaurants. You can eat in different places for breakfast, lunch and dinner for two weeks. We enjoy this neighborhood and can catch the water taxi to the ball stadiums. Great!
