Very tight entrance. Once inside it opens up nicely to a T-head that is in great shape. Fixed dock with about 2 foot tide change. Well protected from wakes. Fuel prices are great but the fuel dock is all the way in the back corner and no room for a larger boat to turn around. All amenities close at 5 PM which they tell you when making a reservation. $2.50/Ft. No WiFi. AT&T phones had 2 bars. Lots of green space to walk a dog.

Very nice & friendly staff. Tight getting in & out but if you know your boat it's not an issue. Great fuel price. Wish fuel dock was close to the entrance.

We have been to this marina several times for fuel. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The have the best diesel prices on the west side of Florida.

This place is great. Cheryl and I have been here three times. We call ahead and Luke and Kirk are waiting to help us tie up. The Capt. Wick is 72 feet and it is nice to have them standing by. The service and prices are great and the overnight dock is easy to get on.

    Thanks,
    Neal and Cheryl

Boating for 20 years. Worst Marina experience ever. Marina location is great and could be a go to spot if not for the couple who manage? it. My opinion only, but two of the most rude and unprofessional people I have met in the marina business. The area for live aboards is untenable from a safety and security standpoint. Do yourself a favor and visit any if the other marinas in the area.

Bosting for 20 years. Cape Haze Marina could be a great place if it were not for the couple who “manage?” it. They have let the live a-board section of docks fall into an appaling state of disrepair. My opinion only, but these two are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever met in the Marina business. Many boaters have left and are much happier elsewhere.

Although this location is great and can accommodate large boats the management needs to learn what customer service is all about. "How can I help you?" "Is there anything you need"? "How can we make your stay a great one?" Not just saying it but live by it. These are the basics of customer service that seems to escape management. They say you need to be self-sufficient after 5 because the restrooms, laundry, and pool is closed?? I can do that while at anchor. Why do we pay to stay at a marina? Service and amenities. Also note the two boats in the picture are no longer there. I wonder why? Cape Haze - please just follow your slogan and provide excellent customer service and you will fill up your marina fast plus receive great reviews because like I said you are in a great location. Good Luck

Not a good marina. To small for a fair size boat. They tell you nothing until it is to late. Bathrooms close when office closes.

    Marina response:
Find it interesting that this is being posted while we recover from Hurricane Irma!

Not sure what a “fair sized” boat is but we regularly accommodate vessels in the 40’ to 50’ range and sometimes even larger. All transient boaters are advised that our restrooms are only open during office hours and that they need to be self-sufficient the balance of the time. I’ve attached a picture [Editor Note: Click here for picture] of some of the boats we have accommodated and would be pleased to share more. We strive to provide positive experiences for all our boaters within the constraints of our operational layout. Many have enjoyed a great experience and we are sorry yours did not match your expectations.
