Beautiful setting, well-protected slips, floating docks, friendly people, clean restrooms and showers, and free bicycles! What is not to love? As our visit was late in the season, dock staff were off-duty at 3 - just before our arrival. We were given very clear instructions on our slip assignment (as well as bathroom codes) and had no problems docking. This location has great access, via bicycle, to a grocery store, pharmacy, and hardware store. Also, the Osprey Point restaurant (reservations required at time of this review - make them through the office, rather than try on OpenTable) is one of our favorites between Florida and New York.

This is not our first time at the marina. We called ahead for our slip assignment, which was good as the dockmaster/dockhand were not at work. If entering the marina using the first fairway, stay to port and heed the warning markers. Docking at the marina is typically straight forward; recommend downloading the marina map from the website. The office at the Inn provided bathhouse codes and WiFi passwords.

The bathhouse is clean, and the laundry has a washer and dryer, $1.00 per load.

The marina is a nice walk to the small-town center with shops and restaurants (the marina’s restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Haven Harbour next door has a ship store if needed and can be accessed via dinghy or walking.

Great marina. Dockhand excellent at lines to ensure thunderstorms didn't move us too much on our arrival. Solid docks. Nice landscaping. Only a 1 mile bike ride into grocery store, etc. Unfortunately, their restaurant, which has a very good reputation, wouldn't do take-out for us, even during this covid issue. A high quality stop. Their pumpout and fuel is at their sister boatyard on other side of peninsula which you have to pass coming or going anyway. No significant water chop from boats or wind - a nice change from many marinas on the AICW.

This marina location is a gem. We just stayed 2 nights and had beautiful weather. Even during COVID -19 restrictions we had a great time. My wife and I stayed on D dock. We ordered from the restaurant and picked up. Food was fantastic. Cant wait to come back. Very quite and beautiful location.

Arrived on 13 Oct and asked if the pumpout was available 24/7, which the dock hand confirmed. What was not conveyed until we were docked early the next morning at the pumpout was the need to obtain a token for $5 from the office. As we were also looking to fuel-up, we passed on using the pumpout.

Otherwise we always enjoy staying at Osprey. Our first was with a rendezvous in June 2016 (we also took delivery of our boat here in December 2014). The dockhand was very help with securing the boat and hooking-up power. The docks and facilities are maintained in good shape. The only down side at times is the bird poop on the docks (a pain when jumping on and off the boat during docking, and attaching power and water), which we would have cleaned-off once secured and got our hose connected. The marina offers a BoatUS discount for transients and the welcome packet provides adequate details on the facility and Rock Hall, which is a very walk-able town (or a tram is available for $1 per person until October or November). Onspot provides the wifi for the marina. We have eaten dinner at the restaurant and have always been happy. We highly recommend the scallops!! We look forward to another stay in the future.

Osprey point marina was excellent. Very clean and relaxing environment. Service was great. Rock Hall city tram left a lot to be desired so have a back up plan to get into town.
