If a trip to The Bahamas or Caribbean is on your bucket list, it’s time to fill that bucket with white sand. The first step towards those unspoiled beaches is attending the upcoming webinar, “Cruising The Bahamas and Caribbean” on December 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time with Waterway Guide and Navionics.

Beautiful water, great diving and fascinating sights ashore make this a unique destination for boaters.

Join Waterway Guide’s Bahamas Cruising Editors Matt and Lucy Claiborne, and Mark Bunzel, Publisher of Waggoner Cruising Guide and co-author of Cruising the Virgin Islands. Waterway Guide Editor-In-Chief Ed Tillett will join Jessica Grimm from Navionics to round out the team. Ed says, “This webinar should provide you with a good foundation for beginning your planning to cruise the beautiful islands of the Bahamas and Caribbean. Our on-the-water experts have put together a great presentation.”

The event is hosted by Navionics’ Jessica Anderson who is a Sailing Specialist with Navionics. Sailing Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean for over 10 years, Jessica, her husband and her yellow lab lived on their sailboat for a year in the Bahamas and Caribbean.  Now with a one-year old baby boy, they look forward to sailing the world with him too!

The webinar will cover:

  • Route Planning and Weather
  • Provisioning
  • Pets
  • Itineraries That Make Sense

Is there any possible way you coud talk about the best forms of communication, ie satellite phones, Bahamas SIM card or a US phone service travel package? Best recommendations?

I have a conflict at the time of the webinar. Will it be recorded to listen to later? Do you have a Podcast channel?
