Nestled amongst centuries-old oak trees draped in Spanish moss, Jekyll Harbor Marina is a step back in time to a place when life was a lot slower and simpler. That sounds like just what the doctor ordered.
With over 35 miles of nature and bike trails, the historic Jekyll Island Club, majestic beaches and the most awe-inspiring sunsets your eyes will ever see, Jekyll Harbor Marina provides a gracious home whether you have a 20-foot runabout in our dry storage or a 70-foot yacht.
As of May 6 the Administrative Order regarding beaches from the Department of Natural Resources was lifted. That means all regular beach activities, including the use of chairs, coolers, tents and umbrellas, can resume, with the exception of the following social distancing mandates that remain in effect through May 31:
- No groups over 10 people
- All people must be at least 6 feet apart unless under the same household
All beach pavilions, picnic areas and beach restroom facilities have reopened for use, but all social distancing mandates outlined above remain in effect.
The marina and its fully enclosed dry boat storage facility provide an access point for truly spectacular fishing, and after a long day of reeling in fish, our staff lifts your boat, rinses out the engine and returns it safely to your slot. Whether it's wet storage, dry storage, or outside on your trailer, they have a variety of rates to suit everyone's needs.
Allow yourself a moment to step back in time here on Jekyll Island. This hidden gem offers a serenity that is difficult to find anywhere else.
The bonus at this facility is that Jekyll Harbor Marina offers a range of ways to help visitors get around and explore including courtesy golf carts or beach cruiser bicycles, depending on needs.
