Deltaville, Virginia - ABYC Master Technician, Eric Valliere, holds his National Marine Electronics Association Advanced Installer certification going on the third year. This certification is for those who have demonstrated proficiency in the ability to build, configure, and evaluate NMEA networks as well as to integrate them with other products, such as those by Garmin, Furuno, Raymarine, Maretron, and more. Valliere earned his basic installer in 2015, and he has held his advanced installer certification for two years.

Valliere’s certifications do not stop there, however. He has earned multiple certifications from the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC), such as A/C and Refrigeration, Marine Electrical, Diesel Engines, and Marine Corrosion, which all also earned his Master Technician certification. He is also certified as a Boening Automation Systems certified installer, attended Dometic Chiller School, and completed a course through ABT-Trac on stabilizers, thrusters, and hydraulics.

Deltaville Boatyard is very proud of the accomplishments of our employees. Valliere has exceeded our expectations by advancing and specializing in various marine systems. It is through our technicians’ dedication to continuing education that we can provide top quality service and repairs to our customers as well as continue to forge new advancements in the marine industry.
