Belmont Bay Marina is a Virginia Clean Marina beautifully positioned on the banks of the Occoquan River. The deep water floating dock system with Brazilian walnut planks contains 155 boat slips ranging from 28 to 50 feet in length. Visit the harbor master building to get Belmont Bay merchandise. Electrical power of 30 amp service is available for smaller slips, while 50 amp service is available to accommodate larger slips. Other amenities include unleaded gas and diesel fuel, laundry, two pump-out stations, gated security access to docks, showers, ships store, Wi-Fi, ample parking, nearby VRE station. One of the unique benefits of Belmont Bay Marina is its strategic position on the Occoquan River. Located just past the start of a No Wake Zone, it offers convenient access to the Potomac River that no other marina on the Occoquan can provide.
