Measurement Tool Tips

Used to plan and measure the distances of your route options:

1. Click or tap starting point.
2. Click or tap turning points along route.
3. Drag map or use zoom tool (+/-) as needed.
4. Double click/tap to end route.
5. Create alternate routes to compare.
6. Click/tap measuring tool icon to disable and delete routes and re-enable map icons.

Lat/Lon Coordinates Tool

• Latitude/Longitude box reads the coordinates at the "crosshairs" in center of map.
• Click/tap the tool icon again to hide lat/lon and crosshairs.

Submit Nav Alert For Approval

• After activating the tool, click on the map at the desired location.
• Fill out and submit the form.
• Waterway Guide reviews all submissions prior to approval.
• Once approved, a nav alert icon will appear on the Explorer.
• You may be contacted for additional information.
