    The draw shall open on signal; except that the draw need not open from 6 a.m. to 9:29 a.m. and 3:31 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays, the draw need open only once an hour on the half hour.

    28 Oct 2020. Bridge appears to be opening every hour on the half hour. 1st afternoon opening was 1:30 pm.

    Busy Access Road bridge. During the weekday it opened on the half hour for us. On the weekend it opens whenever requested. Nice operator.

    This drawbridge is poorly managed. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to complete a cycle and since it operates on what seems like a half hour cycle, it fails to operate in any function for half of its existance.
