Approach and Docking
The approach to The Charleston City Marina is one of the best on the east coast due to Charleston's ranking as one of the top commercial ports on the east coast. Approach from offshore is well marked by the Charleston jetties as well as range lights/markers. Once in the harbor the South Channel, which leads you to the USCG Base Charleston, is also well marked. The Charleston City Marina is just past the USCG base at ICW mile marker 469.5. No height restrictions.

Currently the marina is offering a 4 month "Winter Special" that runs from December 1st through March 31st ($64/ft/4 month period + shore power). If you would like to come in before December 1st you can take advantage of the "Early Bird Special" (Offering October and November at a rate of $20/ft/month + shore power for designated slips.
