Built in 1986, the St. Michael's Harbour Inn, Marina & Spa was acquired in 1989 by a group including Mr. Pascal. In February of 1999, Robert Pascal became the principal and active owner of the hotel. Since then, an evolutionary process of upgrading the property has been a large part of Mr. Pascal's agenda. Always looking at industry desires, Bob added The Spa at Harbour Inn to the property in 2004.
