Waterway Guide occasionally has openings for cruising editors with experience cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as writers, editorial assistants, graphic artists and office personnel.

ADVERTISING SALES ASSOCIATES, GREAT LAKES, GULF COAST

The nation's oldest and most trusted cruisers' guide is seeking an experienced business to business sales professional, preferably with advertising sales experience in both print and electronic media, and/or boating experience or knowledge. Our current needs are in the Great Lakes and Gulf of Mexico areas. Solid record of business to business contact and closing is required. Straight, generous commissions and expenses paid. No salary, no draw, but you will inherit existing accounts in area. Must be capable of working unsupervised, but with support and guidance of remote management. This is not an entry level position. Successful applicant must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and pass a background check. Some Travel will be required. This is a rare opportunity with our excellent company. CRUISING EDITORS WANTED FOR BAHAMAS EDITION

Heading to the Bahamas this winter? Waterway Guide is seeking detail-oriented skippers to help update the 2011 edition of our popular Bahamas Guide. Ideal candidates will have an eye for details, excellent writing knowledge, extensive boating and navigation background and the ability to work with Microsoft Word documents via e-mail. Coverage areas include the Exumas, Eluethera, Berry Islands, Bimini Islands and Andros Island. Opportunities for advertising sales also exist.
